Bookings.....

• Paws Outdoors provides your first consultation free of charge.  During this session a handler will come to your home to meet you and your dog and discuss your requirements.  This initial consultation gives your pet a chance to build a rapport with us and it is a great opportunity for you to fill us in on your pet’s individual behaviours, like and dislikes.

 

WALKING SERVICE

 

• Paws Outdoors walks in most weather conditions.  The only time we won’t walk your pet is during electrical storms, hail and cyclones!  During these times we can reschedule your dog’s session, or spend that time at home with them as planned.  Paws Outdoors will walk your dog in the rain.  We ask that you leave a towel out for them during wet weather so we can dry them off prior to leaving.

IN-HOME HOLIDAY CARE

• After an initial consultation, holiday care for your pets can be confirmed with full payment of the scheduled booking.  It is advisable to book well in advance during school holiday periods to avoid disappointment. 

 

• Bookings are made to reserve Paws Outdoors availability. Therefore, if you decide to return home early from your holiday, you will be required to pay for the time reserved.  Of course if you prefer, Paws Outdoors will happily continue to walk your dog for the remaining paid period.

 

• If you are required to cancel your holiday care, cancellation fees may be incurred.  The following cancellation fee schedule will apply:

 

	0 – 48 Hours notice	No Refund
	2 – 7 days notice	80% Refund
	8 + days notice	Full Refund
